Teaching Videos

These videos were taped earlier this year in a regular music classroom, and are part of a “School Curriculum Guide” project that is under development. This project is intended to help teachers learn the “how” and the “what” of teaching music.

We have posted all 15 of our Grade 1 videos, and at this point don’t have videos from other grades.

 These videos are simply a music classroom in action. Teachers might find these helpful as assignments; parents might consider these as either a family activity or homework. A list of musical objectives is included at the bottom of this page for each video.

Consider participating as a student in the class whenever possible.

First Grade Class 1

Musical objectives:
